Used approx 2lbs chicken breast and cooked in the instant pot on soup setting without cream cheese or cheddar shreds but added a good sprinkling of chipotle seasoning to the instant pot. Allowed to natural release for 10 minutes before shredding chicken. Added the cream cheese and combined before. Adding chicken back to pot. Service on slow cook for 39 minutes and added the shredded cheddar approx 10 mins before serving.
