Used 2cups of sugar instead of 4cups and the sweetness is just nice for us. Also added a tablespoon of lemon juice, lemon zest to balance out the sweetness for my banana butter cake. Though texture not firm enough to be piped(notes said can add cornstarch but I didn't), pop in the fridge n let it set before frosting . This recipe can frost an 8inch cake as mine is 6inch n there are leftovers.
