I would give it a 'ho-hum' thumb if it were available. There was zero taste - so very bland. with the ingredients, this was surprising. HOWEVER I knew This recipe had a lot of potential, and so I made it again. I added a mix of regular Rotel and hot Rotel - half a can each - as well as a truckload of spices. These Changes had the desired effect.
So if you are reading these and thinking about making this, I highly recommend that you add some additional and/or more spices or whatever it is you like to this dish.
