I’ve never eaten Tofu. This was a good recipe to start off with. I do agree with those that said they would double the sauce next time. It barely covered all the broccoli and Tofu. I was just shy on the soy sauce, so I finished the measurement with maple syrup. I also used peanut butter instead of Tahini.
Although this was tasty, I wasn’t overly wowed to put it as a go to. Plus, it took about an hour and there are way too many steps, especially cooking this after work. This is a weekend meal if I decide to make it again.
