As with all recipes that use garlic, I double what it asks for. This recipe also needs a slight bit more salt. Also, I would recommend adding the Parmesan after adding the pasta to the pan because it melts so much smoother that way, imho. Otherwise really good! I added basil paste to the sauce because the grocery store didn’t have any fresh basil or parsley at the time. Would make this again and garnish with fresh, and sundried tomatoes!
