Pretty good, somehow doesn't taste exactly like the cabbage I've had in Czechia, but this is nonetheless a tasty dish! I added a little extra vinegar. Be careful not to let this burn on the bottom - mine did burn a bit and I had to spend some time scrubbing the pot! Maybe add some water during cooking to prevent this.
