A tasty classic! For a low FODMAP and gluten free version, I used 1 1/2 sticks of butter, 1 1/2 Tbsp "garlic" (chive powder) salt (alt salt), 4 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce, 1/2 box of Cheerios, 1 1/2 boxes of Rice Chex, 1/2 of a family size bag of gluten free Snyder's pretzels, and 1 tall container of Planter's lightly salted dry roasted peanuts.
