Could’ve whipped the mixture more but it came out so good! Very mild, lightly sweet, fluffy, and jiggly. So good! It hardens very quickly after whipping so transfer it to your dish quickly. Also make sure you are scraping the sides of the bowl frequently while whipping so the splatters don’t dry.
