Instructions
Step 1
Cook chopped apples and water on medium heat in a pan until softened.
Step 2
Blend apples using standing blender or immersion blender. Transfer to a large bowl (mixture will expand).
Step 3
Add gelatin and mix in. Let gelatin bloom for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Preferably using a stand mixer, mix on high for about 10 minutes or until mixture has become light, fluffy, and holds its shape.
Step 5
Using a spatula, quickly transfer mixture to a parchment lined loaf pan or any other serving dish. (Crumple the parchment before lining for easy removal). Smooth the top of the marshmallows. Wrap in plastic wrap and let set in the fridge for at least an hour.
Step 6
Remove from parchment paper and chop into cubes. Enjoy!
