I think there is a liquid ingredient missing from the sauce. Even with pan juices, the heavy cream and lemon juice provided nearly no sauce. I omitted old bay in the sauce (too much powder), but followed every other step. I used center cut bacon, which was a mistake - use regular bacon. Between prep (chopping, shelling, etc.) this recipe took me an hour, so not nearly the 20 min time listed. It was very tasty, though, and I've saved it to make again.
