This is a great recipe. Listen to the instructions to only roll biscuits a limited amount... I soaked a little longer as I didn't want them dry but that made it a bit soggy. I had 1 tub of whipping cream and 1 tub of double cream - together they worked great. I reckon with the slight bit of extra cream I had I could've done an extra biscuit later too!
