Used this recipe more as inspiration. 2x recipe so I used exactly 16oz of cremini mushrooms
- dry sautéed with no oil for ~10 min to release moisture
- once sizzling, added butter/oil and 1 shallot (not in the list)
- then added garlic, then everything else
- I think I added 1/8 cup less cream because it felt like a lot. I could have kept and added more broth? It was delicious but a bit thick at the end
