Definitely have to have it all prepped. I made this one gluten free, with A Taste of Thai rice linguine noodles and it came out better than the wheat version I made! If I could get GF dark soy sauce, the color would be richer, but I was able to find all the other ingredients GF. It is the first time in 3 years I've been able to have noodles like this, and I will definitely add this to my rotation. I would add a little more soy sauce in proportion to how much noodles I make, and some ore veggies (I used what I had), and also teriyaki sauce from Kikkoman as well (also GF). More garlic, also! Add crushed pepper flakes as desired for spiciness, or hot oil... bomb.com
