Initially, I did not add any butter or oil. I thought the sausage would handle it - but I was wrong. I doubled the mushrooms, they needed all the butter and the oil. Adjusted seasonings to my sausage, the previous comment was correct. Your sausage will make or break this. Used yogurt instead of SC, and added herbs. 10/10 with adjustments, probably follow her recipe with her sausage and it would also turn out 10/10.
