Speedy sausage stroganoff tagliatelle

Initially, I did not add any butter or oil. I thought the sausage would handle it - but I was wrong. I doubled the mushrooms, they needed all the butter and the oil. Adjusted seasonings to my sausage, the previous comment was correct. Your sausage will make or break this. Used yogurt instead of SC, and added herbs. 10/10 with adjustments, probably follow her recipe with her sausage and it would also turn out 10/10.

We added one small finely chipped onion and a glove of garlic to help enhance the flavour profile.

The taste of the dish relies heavily on the quality of sausages used, so choose wisely ;)

Quick easy and super tasty, used honey mustard sausages and skipped the mustard in the sauce... Nice touch

Fairly quick to make. Used crème fraiche instead of soured cream and added garlic. Tasted nice but not sure Cumberland sausages worked - next time use a plainer sausage??

Great for lunches, may have reduced amount of stock for thicker sauce, however, when microwaved this makes it perfect. Used fresh pasta too.

Delish but would swap out sour cream for regular cream next time

I loved this. There was a nice mild spicy burn. I also added brussels sprouts. I made it a one pot dish. definitely will make this again .

It was nice but I don't think I used the best ingredients for it.

I halved it for 2 servings (made 4 me-sized servings). Used penne. 1 red pepper and 1 courgette instead of mushrooms. Half a stock cube with 75ml. Dry parsley. Parmesan sprinkled on top to serve. Probably added a bit too much butter/oil at the beginning (my fault). Was worried the cream and stock would make it to watery but it turned out perfectly. Very yummy, comforting, and easy to make.

No linguine so used tagliatelle, easy and very tasty. Made it a second time using natural yoghurt instead of sourcream, much better.
