Absolutely delicious. I didn't do the garlic butter part on the muffin tin as I was in a rush so oil sprayed the tin and added garlic (without the butter) into the wet mix. Cooked for 35min on 180°c they came out perfect. I also didn't end up having enough shredded cheese (used 180g) but added 40g parmesan and it was fine. Mix made 12 standard size muffins. Will definitely do again, a great way to use up sourdough starter/discard and they taste delicious!
