So good! I doubled the recipe for a New Year's luncheon and eyeballed thr seasoning. I would lower the amount of creole seasong just a tad next time and include some complementary herbs to up the flavor. It was still delicious and everyone loved them. But, Tony's slightly over-powered the cabbage rolls.
