We didn't expect much from these but the whole family loves them. There is way too much cream cheese so I drastically cut down on that, and I do a double batch (so 2 cans of black beans and about 5oz cream cheese for around 17-20 tortillas). The kids don't like spicy so I nix the chiles and hot sauce and use some taco seasoning instead, and I love dipping them in salsa!
