Very good, light and fluffy bread machine bread! I weighed out the ingredients, omitted mashed potato flakes and subbed extra 00 flour.
It did make way too much for my 1.5 loaf bread machine; when I noticed the dough exploding over the top after proofing I saved half in the fridge for later.
