MorBo's Fluffy& Soft 50/50 Bread Machine Bread

My fluffy and soft 50/50 bread for the bread machine. This will make a large 1.5 pound loaf. I have included the setting I use for the "HOMEMADE" setting on my Zojirushi V+ bread maker. This bread, when stored in an air tight container, will last a good week on the counter. It stays soft and fluffy for sandwiches for about 3 to 4 days then I usually switch to making toast with it. Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients into the bread machine per machine's instructions.
Step 2
Set to whole wheat setting. If your bread machine has a HOMEMADE or custom setting option you can use the setting below.
Step 3
Remove from pan when completely baked and place on baking rack to cool for 4 hours before bagging.
