I needed to cook it a little longer, an hour wasnt enough, (start around 3 to eat by 5:30). I used several tips. 2 cans soup, 1/2&1/2 (next time I need to add 1&1/2-2 cans 1/2&1/2). Cooked the onions with the beef (just how I've always done in) and added about a Tablespoon of Minced garlic and a nice splash of Worcester sauce at end of cooking the beef. Big hit with the family, everyone went for seconds.
