Very good. Made for DS1's birthday, 2026. Cut sugar in cake batter to 60g (due to sweetness of cinnamon swirl and top glaze), was delicious. Also added 1tsp salt. Cooked in enamel tin approx 9 x 11, cooked through in 30min.
