As someone else stated, next time I'll cook the beef separately and drain before going on because it was a little greasy, even though I used lean ground beef. Otherwise it was tasty. I didn't have oyster sauce, so I subbed in teriyaki sauce, and I did rice vinegar and a little extra honey instead of merin. My husband and kid liked it. Will make again.
