Would definitely make these again! I doubled the chicken patties to freeze some. The dressing was great - super flavorful. I had quite a large jalapeno which gave the sauce a nice kick. While there are a few components, I prepped the dressing and patties ahead of time. I also put the sweet potato and chickpeas on the same pan and cooked for 25-30 min.
