I used Kale and since I made it after work, I didn’t want to eat so late. Oh my goodness was it delicious! Hearty and a side of sweet cornbread from the bakery. Perfect since the temperature here plummeted and it was a cold, wintery day! I might or might not have to freeze leftovers!😋
