in Vegan Palak Paneer with Tofu Recipe

Baked the tofu. Sauteed combo of kale and spinach in a little avocado oil. Substituted 1/2 jalapeño for the serrano . Soaked the cashews overnight and blended in a food processor. Served over quinoa with homemade whole wheat naan. Yum!!
