Good! The flavour is very simple but delicious 😋 the method was also easy to follow! Next time I think I would add a pinch of salt to the cream to brighten the taste up a bit. Tip: the cream is at the 'simmer' stage when it is steaming and is hot to the touch (be careful if testing it by feel!). If you can visibly see it bubbling, it's too hot and you need to take it off the heat
