This was different, but decent for 1 meal. My 6 year old finished his bowl. Not sure if anyone will eat the leftovers. The recipe makes way to much. We don't eat lentils often. Reminded me of some kind of bean soup. I ended up eating it with corn chips. If you like lentils, try this!
