It was my first time making it, and I stayed true to the recipe. I made 2.5x the recipe for 6 people, and it was about right for minimal or no leftovers. I would follow most of the recommendations and double the sauce, especially over rice. I've made a decent amount of tofu, but this recipe surprised me with how long it took to brown it, then all of a sudden it was done. Start to finish, it took about 45 minutes. I thought the tofu tasted fantastic, but it was too spicy for one of my 3 kids. Will definitely make again with doubled sauce, and half the red pepper
