I had my doubts at several different points while making this, but I was happily surprised. The texture is quite delicious and gooey, but the dish overall is very bland. In the future, I'm going to do a light breading of the chicken with the suggested seasonings instead of seasoning the chicken in the dish, as well as add a ton of oregano and italian seasoning to the sauce before adding the pasta.
