A delicious warming, spicy meal, it’s an especially good place to use up any extra artisan beers you have been gifted! I made it with ground Turkey, and used some extra meat. Mine had fire roasted tomatoes, and petite diced since I was out of crushed, and three types of chili powder (1tbsp each regular, ancho and chipotle). It was a little on the spicy side for my preferences, but the family loved it, especially since it is freezing outside!
This does leave some leftovers, which would be delicious over a baked potato, or just reheated. Serve with some traditional toppings- guacamole, pico, sour cream and cheese are all excellent choices.
