These white baps turned out perfect and I adapted it from some recipes I found online and from my knowledge of using Panasonic bread machines for over 15 years. I was really pleased with the results and will definitely make them again and make some with different flours such as Shipton Mill’s Canadian wholemeal and their organic malthouse flour.
