So good! I did tweak the recipe quite a bit, though. I added 1 Tbs peanut butter to the sauce. Then, I started by sautéeing half a container of sliced cremini (baby bella) mushrooms with an additional clove of garlic. I used sesame oil in addition to butter. Last, I added some small broccoli florets to the water as the noodles cooked. All of these were ideas mentioned in the comments on the recipe website, and they worked well.
