This is a good starter recipe but you need to take it and build on it because the flavor is bland. The PB is vital and pulls everything together but I still expect more from an Asian dish. The amount of veggies in it is fantastic and so it scores well in terms of a healthy meal. I did find it too sweet, but that impressed my toddler. Also - unless you want soup you need to thicken it. Because I made cous cous I thickened it quite a bit. But if you are making rice you want it less thick.
Because of toddlers I boiled the hard veg a little before adding. My toddlers loved the meal
