DO NOT ADD SALT! Add salt at the end, not just blindly per recipe! I could not eat this. It had soooo much potential and I'll try it again, but I'll add salt at the end, to taste. Mother-in-law loved it as is, wife tolerated it, but I couldn't get 4 spoonfuls down. :-(.

And I didn't even add the bacon - my daughter is Vegan-ish! I did use low sodium chicken broth instead of water (didn't see to add plain water but knew the IP needed liquid). Like I said, will try again, but will avoid salty additions and salt at the end.
