Pretty good! I added a lot more old bay than it called for though and mixed pickle juice and dill into the mix. Also substituted Worcestershire for soy sauce and kelp for some furikake seasoning i had. Ran out of breacrumbs so i mixed old bay into some tempura mix and it came out just fine. Made a sauce with sour cream, mayo, pickles & pickle juice, lemon juice and dill and put them on a buttered brioche bun.
