The cover photo is pretty misleading, but I could just not have executed the recipe properly. I would hesitate to call tonight’s dinner “creamy”— it was fine! It was chicken with some spinach! But it was not creamy, and that made me sad. Make the jerk chicken instead (that recipe is a banger) and do your spinach on the side.
