This was the most delicious lasagna I've ever eaten! I made it without the celery and wine but added some zucchini and mushrooms! The béchamel sauce was incredible, added some garlic into that as well. The amounts of sauce were nearly perfect, I'd make a little more béchamel sauce next time, I think that would make it taste even creamier, but it was really incredible delicious!
