I got to try this again. Multiplied to 20. Didn't have agar-agar, used gar gum. They are not the same, by the way! It was so very thick when the cooking time was up that it wouldn't spread. It just glup-ed. I didn't have cream or milk so I used half and half. It worked. I forgot the spices so I sprinkled a little apple pie spice on the top at serving time. It was good. Some really liked it. I want to try again and use the correct ingredients.
