Instructions
Step 1
Heat Florida Natural Orange Juice and add agar to the juice and mix well. Cook in a pan on a low heat for 2-5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

Agar-Agar powder8g
Step 2
Use a kitchen towel and place the glasses so that you can fill them under an angle. Fill half of each glass with orange juice. Leave to set in the fridge.
Step 3
Dissolve agar in warm milk. Mix in your heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves. Cook on a low heat 3-5 minutes, then let it cool for about 10-15 minutes Remove the spices.
Step 4
When the orange layer is set, fill with your milk and cream mixture. Leave the panna cotta in the fridge for at least an hour until set or overnight.
Step 5
When ready to serve, top with some shredded chocolate and mint leaves.
