Added whatever veg I had on hand and added masala cooking wine to deglaze after browning the turkey and onions before adding in the tomato paste and garlic to cook them off a bit. Then added broth and other veggies. Added a dash of balsamic vinegar and both Italian seasoning and herbs-de-Provence. Topped off the soup with frozen kale and a drizzle of chili oil rather than add cayenne so it's to everyone's spice level. So yum!
