This is a good hearty dish.
Hack: Rather than add the flour, then the curry and then the chicken broth one after another, I made a curry roux by combining all three and adding it to the skillet.
When I first tasted the curry, I found it to be a bit bitter. To better balance the flavour profile, I added about 200 mL of coconut milk.
In additon, next time would also add a couple of potatoes cut into cubes. That said, I served the curry over rice and found it to be very filling.
