It was delicious!!
I decided to make this for lunch on a whim and didn't have a lot of the ingredients for it, so I substituted the peas and peppers for thinly sliced zucchini and paprika powder (which might've been a good thing because I'm really sensitive to textures I don't like), and I had to change a few spices the best I could
Maybe it wasn't the most authentic way to make it but it was still so good, I'm definitely making this again
The only thing that bothered me was the lack of salt, I had to add a lot of it at the end to bring out the flavor
