The pork is delicious! The broth was also amazing after it simmered in the crockpot for 8 hours (omitted mushrooms). However, after I added the coconut milk and sesame oil, the taste changed. Coconut milk always seems to curdle for me so I ended up skimming most of it off after it settled to the top. I wish I had skipped that. It ended up working out after adding some additional chicken broth towards the end. Served with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, shredded carrots, nori, and jammy eggs.
