My Beyond sausages were frozen and then thawed, and when I cut them, they didn't hold their shape. So next time I'll fry them whole and then slice them once they've firmed up.
I was lazy and used canned beans, and I didn't cook it for as long as I was supposed to, but it was delicious. The next day the sausages were softer, and I preferred them the first day, but the liquid was thicker the next day, so that part was better.
