This was one of the better sesame-based recipes I've made. I will say the method they put down for the tofu is fussy - I just shake it in a bag or bowl with lid with the cornstarch and salt to coat. But ended up with great texture, and the sauce was great. I made a double recipe of tofu and broccoli, and did 2.5 recipe of sauce as some reviews said it needed more sauce - this felt like a good move. I did add a tiny bit of water to thin the sauce at the end as it got a little TOO thick. Definitely will make again.
