This was just okay. With one exception I made it as written. The exception was I did not use their recommended season salt. Although I have Lawry's I never ever use it (husband purchased), because the salt taste is just too strong. What I used was Dan-O's Spicy Yum Yum Get Ya Some seasoning. It also has salt, but where it's the first ingredient in Lawry's it near the end of the ingredients list in Dan-O's. Plus it has a little kick. This was just a bit tomato forward but not bad. I sprinkled the cheese on top of our individual servings. If I make it again I'll up the bell pepper portion and the seasonings. I didn't have a 15 ounce can of tomato sauce but I did have two 8 ounce cans of Hunts sauce. I actually weighed the sauce to get the exact amount called for. Interesting tidbit the two 8 ounce cans of Hunts tomato sauce equaled 14.36 ounces. Yes I scrapped the cans clean. Buyer beware.
