For the 2x version, I used:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red capsicum chopped
2 potatoes
Used 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 red chilies
1 tablespoon jarred ginger
6 garlic cloves
1 270ml tin coconut cream + 2 cups water
Used some water whilst cooking the onion (for longer than the recipe says)
