Loved this as a crowd-pleaser meal, could easily be made for a special occasion or just as a sunday-night dinner with leftovers for the work week. The filling was perfect, I only used 3 eggs instead of 4 which was recommended by a lot of commenters on the recipe website. The jarred, marinated artichoke also adds great flavour. Use plenty of salt, pepper, and nutmeg! The only thing I wish I was better at is brushing the Filo with olive oil. Would love for my pies to come out all glossy and golden like in the recipe photos! Mine was more matte brown at the corners and crinkly edges, it's hard to get the oil everywhere it needs to be! Practice needed 😅
