I added salt to taste. Needs a large sheet of puff pastry for that amount of veggies. The pastry under the veggies was a little soggy but there is probably a trick to keep that from happening not outlined in the recipe. Since I had so many leftover veggies, I made a second one where I just put twisted strips of the pastry around the top in a large casserole dish. Next time I'll cook that one for about 20 minutes with just the veggies then add the pastry to cook for another 30 minutes.
